Ideal Workflow:

1. Team Formation: a team of 5 members with equal distribution of tasks.
Ideal Formation: 1 Designer, 2 Developers (front-end & back-end), 1 Coordinator & 1 Presenter.

2. Problem Identification: subject-matter experts explain the problem and try to understand the problem as much as you can through asking questions, brainstorm each other, and searching on the web.

3. Building Solution: It includes idea generation, idea refinement, designing the architecture & UI of the system, coding, and testing.

4. Presentation: You will have a few minutes for each team to present the demo and for Q&A from both the judges and the audience.

Tip: Present only the solution, don’t repeat the problem!
